Welcome Iqbal Najimi: Our New Regional Outreach and Programs Director

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Iqbal Najimi, who joins us as our Regional Outreach and Programs Director. With a wealth of experience in diplomacy, strategic research, and policy formulation, Iqbal brings invaluable expertise and passion to our organization.

Iqbal holds a bachelor's degree in Political Sciences and Public Administration from The American University of Afghanistan, and a master's degree in International Relations from Kardan University in Afghanistan. Prior to joining The Black Feather Foundation, Iqbal served as a diplomat at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., where he honed his skills in team management, briefing high-level clients, and providing consular services to Afghan guests.

During his time in Abu Dhabi, Iqbal also collaborated with The Black Feather Foundation, furthering our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of others. His dedication to humanitarian efforts and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to our team.

As our Regional Outreach and Programs Director, Iqbal will play a crucial role in expanding our outreach efforts, forging partnerships, and implementing impactful programs to serve communities in need. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to the positive contributions he will make to The Black Feather Foundation.
