Welcoming New Leadership
This March, we were excited to welcome Iqbal Najimi as our new Regional Outreach and Programs Director. Iqbal's expertise in community building and strategic planning is already making a significant impact, particularly through an event that brought together over 160 families from the Afghan refugee community in the first week he joined us. His work emphasizes the power of connection and shared experience in our mission.
Additionally, Kristen Rice has joined us as the new Chief Financial Officer. Kristen's role is vital in ensuring our resources are used effectively, maximizing the support we can offer to the children and communities we serve. Her financial stewardship will guide us towards sustainable growth and increased impact.
Global Outreach Efforts
Our commitment to making a difference knows no borders. This month, our CEO led a humanitarian trip to Romania and Ukraine, bringing smiles and support to children affected by conflict.
