Introducing Kristen Rice: Our New Chief Financial Officer

We're thrilled to welcome Kristen Rice to The Black Feather Foundation team as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kristen brings over a decade of accounting experience and a wealth of financial acumen to her role. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California San Diego, Kristen's academic achievements are just the beginning of her impressive journey.

Prior to joining TBFF, Kristen owned and operated a successful sports-related medical staffing business for more than seven years. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to service align perfectly with our mission to uplift communities and support those in need. As a military spouse, Kristen embodies resilience, adaptability and a deep commitment to making a difference.
